VfL Wolfsburg winger Kevin de Bruyne is stalling on a move to Manchester City.
City and Wolfsburg are close to striking terms over a fee for the Belgium international, who, BILD reports, has been tabled a contract worth €20 million-a-year.
However, De Bruyne's priority is to remain in Germany and join Bayern Munich in the coming days.
Bayern officials have insisted they won't join any auction with City for the free-scoring winger.
For their part, City directors remain confident of signing De Bruyne this week.
