AC Milan have been told to forget Wolfsburg striker Edin Dzeko.

Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani confirmed their interest in Dzeko this week.

But yesterday, Wolfsburg chief Jurgen Marbach said yesterday: "Dzeko is unsellable. We do not want to sell the player.

"Today we will announce that we have not had any interest in him."
