Wolfsburg striker Edin Dzeko has confirmed that Chelsea have approached him in regards to a move to Stamford Bridge but will wait to see if his club wins the German Bundesliga title this season.

The Bosnian marksman has been in stellar form this season and although he is being pursued by bigger clubs, will wait and see what happens in Germany first.

"I am aware of Chelsea's interest," he told Avaz newspaper.

"There have been concrete talks with my agent and the club. Nevertheless, we should not talk about it yet.

"Other clubs are also interested in me in England and Spain, but I will only think about it when the season concludes.

"We have to remain focused on the title race.

"Staying with Wolfsburg was my intention if we win the league, but right now I am not sure any more."
