Wolfsburg chief Mike Schüssler admits they're monitoring Kevin de Bruyne's situation at Chelsea.

Bundesliga clubs are convinced the Belgian will become available in January.

"We have expressed our interest in Kevin de Bruyne in the summer. But it was already clear that he was going back to Chelsea," said Schüssler.

"Now he does not play there and we have to see what happens."
