Wolfsburg are keen to cash in on Julian Brandt in January.

Wolfsburg have confirmed Brandt has decided not to open new contract talks and will leave when his deal expires in 2014.

Chelsea are chasing Brandt's signature, while Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund are also keen.

Wolfsburg chief Klaus Allofs confirmed: "There is no evidence that he'll leave earlier than the summer. But who knows what will happen in the next few weeks?"
