VfL Wolfsburg have informed Arsenal of their asking price for Julian Draxler.
The Gunners, along with Juventus and PSG, are among the three clubs in talks with Wolfsburg over a January deal for the Germany attacker.
RMC says PSG have already made a bid - €30 million - for Draxler, but been told to go higher.
Wolfsburg have told all three clubs they want €40 million to sell.
Kicker says despite new sports chief Olaf Rebbe claiming nothing has been decided, Draxler will be sold during the January market.
