Wolfsburg are exploring the prospect of re-signing Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko.
Die Welt says after their swoop for Chelsea winger Kevin de Bruyne, Wolfsburg are now putting a package together to bring back Dzeko.
The Bundesliga outfit are confident they have the financial power to convince Dzeko about returning, having already shelled out for De Bruyne and Luiz Gustavo this season.
For his part, Dzeko has insisted he's happy at City, though is behind Sergio Aguero and Alvaro Negredo in the striker's pecking order.
