Wolfsburg defender Andrea Barzagli has confirmed talks with Juventus.

The Italy international hopes to join Juve this week.

"Juve are certainly an interesting option and I am pleased to see their interest in me," Barzagli told Sky Sport Italia.

"I don't know anything about the details of the negotiations, but the two clubs are talking and then we'll see what happens."
