VfL Wolfsburg chief Olaf Rebbe admits Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp had a big say in their deal for Divock Origi.
The Belgium striker has joined VfL on a season-long loan.
Rebbe said: "For Divock there were over 20 clubs. It can then be a factor that Jürgen Klopp knows the Bundesliga and also VfL.
"He knows if he's sending a player here, what a platform he has."
He added: "I am satisfied with the squad. We have doubled each position, we can now work intensively."
