Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini is sending an SOS to Carlos Tevez after yesterday's defeat at Swansea City.

Mancini saw his side lose 1-0 at Swansea as title rivals Manchester United overhauled them with a 2-0 win at home to West Brom then revealed that Tevez is nearing fitness.

"Carlos needs to train again, maybe for another 10 days," said Mancini. "I don't think he can play the first game and be 100 per cent straight away after five months, but he can help us in the last two months."
