Borussia Dortmund midfielder Axel Witsel is adamant Chelsea ace Eden Hazard can win the Ballon d'Or.

Witsel says his Belgium teammate is more than a match for PSG star Neymar.

He told Bein Sport: "I think he has the qualities to win the Ballon d'Or, but you also have to win titles.

"But Eden is as strong as Neymar because he is more direct. He is less 'show', when he dribbles he goes straight to the goal to try to make a decisive pass or score.

"Neymar is also one of the best, but he's more for the show, he's in the show. He's going to dribble a guy, he's going to wait for him to come back and beat him again.

"That's what I love about Eden."
