Wisla Krakow are chasing Manchester City striker Roque Santa Cruz.
The Paraguay international is available from City and spent the second-half of last season on-loan at Blackburn Rovers.
Rovers boss Steve Kean admits he wants to sign Santa Cruz permanently this summer.
However, they will face competition from Wisla Krakow, says Fakt, which insist the Poles have the spending power to lure the striker away from England.
