Everton captain Phil Neville has received some kind words from manager David Moyes regarding his winning mentality.
The former Manchester United defender recently said his Goodison Park career would be a failure if he does not win a trophy there and those sentiments have been praised by Moyes who wants the rest of the Toffees players to follow suit.
"He won't accept anything less than winning and that's credit to the way he is.
"He was at a club before where winning was the norm. That's what he is about and quite right.
"He wants to win things and that's how you should be.
"You feel that driving force from Phil Neville in every game and he's a terrific character to have in the dressing room.""I think his comments tell you about someone who is a winner," said Moyes.
