Former Hull City striker Dean Windass will say goodbye to fans at today's farewell game against Aberdeen.
"It's a fantastic chance to say goodbye to the Hull City fans and to the Aberdeen fans because I didn't get the opportunity," Windass told Hull's website.
"It will be a great day and hopefully an emotional one too.
"Hull have bent over backwards (to help organise the game), but once they were safe Brian Horton told me the date of the game and Paul Duffen said it would be done. He is a man of his word.
"This is the icing on the cake for me and a great gesture. I'm hoping the City fans turn out in numbers for the game."
