Sheffield United boss Danny Wilson accepts the prospect of losing more players before the League One season begins. Having seen Darius Henderson and Mark Yeates offloaded as the Bramall Lane club counts the cost of relegation, the Blades could yet be forced to shed further talent.
"I don't want to lose any of them. It might happen, it might not. I'm not wishing for any of them to go but there's always a possibility some might," Wilson told The Star.
"That's football and you have to be ready to deal with situations as they arise. We've got our finger on the pulse, though, if something comes up."
Wilson went on to confirm that the club have received 'no bids' for Nick Montgomery, Stephen Quinn or Richard Cresswell.
