Liverpool have recalled Harry Wilson from his loan with Crewe Alexandra.
The 18-year-old winger joined the League One club on a four-month deal which was set to run until January 5.
However, the Reds have called Wilson back from Gresty Road having made seven appearances, including three starts for the Railwaymen.
Wales international Wilson leaves Crewe sitting second bottom on the tier three table.
A statement on Crewe's official website read: “Forward Harry Wilson has returned to Liverpool after being recalled by the Premier League side.
“Everyone at Crewe Alexandra would like to thank Harry for his contribution and wish him every success for the future."
