Arsenal expect Jack Wilshere to be fit for their Champions League clash at AS Monaco.

The Mirror says the England midfield player has not been in first team action since November.

And it appeared that his injury misery would continue when he needed further surgery ten days ago.

But it has emerged that the operation was merely to clear some irritation around his ankle where a pin has been inserted.

And Wilshere will return to full training on Monday.
