Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere is delighted with the Gunners influence on the England squad.
Wilshere was one of five Arsenal players to feature in Thursday's 5-0 cakewalk against the chocolate teapots of San Marino - with Theo Walcott still to return from injury.
And he is enjoying trying to forge more of an English core to the Arsenal team and an Arsenal core with England.
He said: "I remember when I was the only Arsenal player in the England squad, so it is nice to have so many of us, and we're all a similar age as well. We're close, we get on.
"Me and Kieran Gibbs have been together since we were 10, so it's nice to see him coming through and really putting in dominant performances for his club and country. Some of the one-touch football we play at Arsenal is coming in with England."
