Arsenal are demanding West Ham United cough up big for Jack Wilshere.
The Daily Star says the Gunners have told West Ham they will have to pay £20m and agree a buy-back clause if they want to sign Wilshere.
The Hammers are keen to land the 25-year-old, who is bidding to get back to full fitness after suffering a fracture of his left leg in April.
Sampdoria reportedly offered just £6m plus £1.5m in add-ons, but Arsenal value Wilshere, who has 34 England caps, much higher than that.
Wilshere did nothing to dampen the link with the Hammers when he tweeted “great signing" after they signed fellow England international Joe Hart on loan from Manchester City this week.
