Manchester City are planning a massive turnover of players this summer. The Daily Star Sunday says City are set to hand manger Manuel Pellegrini £200m to once again challenge for the title as it looks increasingly likely they will lose their crown to Chelsea.
And among their summer transfer targets are Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere, Wolfsburg winger Kevin de Bruyne (£30m), the Everton midfielder Ross Barkley (£25m), Atletico Madrid enforcer Koke (£45) and Monaco left-back Layvin Kurzawa (£15m).
They are also monitoring developments on Liverpool winger Raheem Sterling (£50m) contract talks while Pogba was also on the wishlist but they now look like missing out on him.
Montenegro striker Stevan Jovetic, Bosnia hitman Edin Dzeko and Serbia left-back Aleksandar Kolarov are set to leave in the summer.
Yaya Toure and Samir Nasri may be on their way out too while James Milner is out of contract.
