Jack Wilshere says it's time Arsenal's players began taking the pressure off manager Arsene Wenger's shoulders.

Wilshere holds the players responsible for relieving the pressure on Wenger.

He said after victory over Aston Villa: "At the end we got a bit panicky and luckily Santi was in the right place at the right time. It was a massive win especially after the midweek disappointment.

"We take the pressure. I think the manager takes it as well. He stands up for us the whole time. But we as players have to take the pressure on and relieve the pressure like we did today."
