Jack Wilshere says Arsenal are eager to keep the pressure on leaders Manchester United.
Arsenal are in touch with the leaders and Wilshere believes that Arsène Wenger's side can maintain their Premier League momentum against West Ham United.
"No matter what you say, if we play before them and get three points they are always going to be thinking we are on their tails," the midfielder told Arsenal.com.
"We've been strong in the Premier League for the last few games. We need to keep that going, get three points at West Ham and keep pushing on and trying to catch United.
"We need to catch them. If we play well at West Ham we can get the win there.
"We know everyone can drop points, it will be hard for us to go to the bottom club on Saturday. They are bottom but they have got players like Scott Parker who can play for England. It shows the strength of the Premier League this year."
