Chelsea midfielder Willian is thrilled to be playing for manager Jose Mourinho.
Tottenham were very close to signing Willian before Chelsea snatched him from their grasp with another £30m transfer fee.
But Willian has no regrets there either. Not when it has meant working with Mourinho.
"He is a great coach," he told the Daily Mail. "He has really helped me. As a player he gives me a lot of freedom, but he also likes players not to neglect their defensive work. He expects and demands a lot from us.
"When I arrived things went a little slowly but that was to be expected.
"You need to get used to the team, step by step, to know the other players, the way we play and the philosophy of the coach. But the manager has told me that he has confidence in the way I play now."
