Mike Williamson is urging Newcastle United teammates not to relax after their recent form surge.
Williamson has played a major role in Toon's new-found defensive solidity that has got fans dreaming of a return to Europe for the first time in three years.
But the centre-back refuses to get carried away, with the campaign not even at its halfway point.
He said: "This is an unforgiving league, and if you start not doing the basics, then you could be off the back of six losses at the click of your fingers."
