Dan Williams is yet to make an offer to Blackburn Rovers.

The American-based businessman is continuing talks with Rovers regarding his takeover and contrary to reports, the Lancashire Evening Telegraph says he is eager to keep the current board in-place.

No developments are expected before the summer market closes next Friday.
