Williams on target for Middlesbrough

Australian midfielder Rhys Williams was on target as Middlesbrough let a two-goal lead slip in the English Championship overnight. The 21-year old put Boro up 2-0 in first half injury time against Coventry City at the Ricoh Arena when he buried the ball into the back of the net following a poor clearance from City's Gary O'Neil.

Sean St Ledger opened up Boro's account after five minutes and when Williams added a second, it looked like Gareth Southgate's men would take all three points back to the Riverside.

But the home side fought back and in the 78th minute, Clinton Morrison fired past Boro's Australian goalkeeper Brad Jones before Leon Best managed an equaliser in the fourth minute of stoppage time to take a share of the points.
