Swansea City captain Ashley Williams blasted their defending after defeat to Cardiff City.
Steven Caulker netted the winner from a set-piece.
"I don't know how many times I've stood here and talked about defending set-pieces," he said. "It's getting ridiculous now, if we can't defend set-pieces we don't deserve to win the game.
"It's something we've spoken about so much but we didn't do that again. It looked as if we were tightening up and we knew they were never going to score unless it was off a set-piece.
"Michel [Vorm, Swansea goalkeeper] didn't have a save to make but we didn't defend it.
"You've got a man, I know who my man is. If I do my job he doesn't score against me.
"It's simple. If he does it's my fault."
