AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi has announced vice-president Adriano Galliani is staying. Berlusconi says there will be a change of management structure, however.
"Today we reached a full agreement on how to organise the club," Berlusconi said in a statement to news agencies.
"There will be two general managers: one is Adriano Galliani, who will deal with the sporting sector, while Barbara Berlusconi will manage the other sectors.
"As for myself, I have promised to be closer to the club and the team."
