Former England international Ray Wilkins has urged current day stars to play abroad.

Wilkins, who played for AC Milan and Paris St Germain, said: "We have seen some wonderful foreign players coming into our league and it has enhanced our football.

"It's up to our younger players to push on and learn from them.

"I would encourage players to move abroad, you become a better player by doing so. It enhances you as a footballer and a person."
