Wilkins met with West Brom chief Peace

Ray Wilkins has held talks with West Bromwich Albion about the manager's job.

The Daily Mail says Wilkins has emerged as a shock candidate for the vacant manager's job at West Brom.

The former Chelsea assistant was interviewed at the Baggies' offices in London by chairman Jeremy Peace as the selection process to become Roy Hodgson's successor intensified.
