Wigan striker Antoine Sibierski has opened the door to an extended stay with Norwich City.

He told the club's official website: "I've been a bit surprised by the quality - I didn't think quality like that was at Norwich. I have seen some very good footballers since I've been here.

"The next four months are going to be very important for me.

"If the club are happy with me and all the fans are happy with me then we can look forwards and see what happens after my loan expires."
