Wigan Athletic goalkeeper Chris Kirkland doesn't expect any reaction from Liverpool fans today - because they probably don't remember him as a Reds player!
"They're in a good patch at the moment and at home you fancy them against anyone, so I'm sure a lot of people are writing us off. I've played Liverpool but it will be the first time I've been back since I left.
"How will the fans remember me? They probably don't because I was injured a lot!
"But it's a great stadium, fantastic fans and a very good team. I used to go with my dad when I was young.
"I've got good memories of John Barnes, John Aldridge, Ian Rush and that lot.
"There's something about the atmosphere when the Kop sing You'll Never Walk Alone. I'm looking forward to it. I enjoyed my five years at Liverpool and I don't regret going there but I had to move on - that's what happens.
"I don't regret leaving either. Hopefully, I'll get a good reception but the most important thing is that I do well for Wigan."
