Marlon King is demanding a pay-off from Wigan before completing his £3 million move to Hull City.

The People says King could be heading back to the JJB after talks on terms and a medical with the Premier League new boys.

The Jamaica international will not move unless he gets a settlement from Latics - but chairman Dave Whelan is reluctant to budge.

King was cleared to go by boss Steve Bruce but the Tigers cannot match his current £30,000-a-week salary. He does not feel he has to take a cut so soon after joining Wigan.
