Wigan Athletic striker Emile Heskey admits he's delighted to be back in the England reckoning.
"It's big for me," he said. "Before I got called up to the squad last season I was always asked why my name was never mentioned when England strikers were being discussed.
"But I'm back in the squad now and that feels really great.
"We have players like Darren Bent, Dean Ashton and Peter Crouch who do similar things to me on the pitch, but obviously we're not exactly the same type of player.
"It just shows that the manager is still keeping an eye on me and that I've got to perform well to be in the England team."
