Wigan Athletic striker Emile Heskey admits Luis Antonio Valencia is likely to leave in the summer.
Liverpool and Manchester United are chasing the Ecuador international and Heskey said: "Antonio's definitely good enough for the top clubs.
"You can't hold anyone back and the gaffer knows that."
