Wigan's Bramble has no Portsmouth regrets

Wigan Athletic defender Titus Bramble admits he rejected Portsmouth over the summer.

Bramble told the Wigan Evening Post: "I spoke a couple of times with Portsmouth in the summer, but I just thought Wigan was the better move for me.

"And I don't regret it one bit. I'm enjoying my football, and playing week in, week out, is something every footballer wants to do the most. The gaffer has given me the chance to do that, and I do think my game has improved under him.

"You can see that from my performances, and that's credit to Chris Hutchings."
