Wigan Athletic boss Steve Bruce will not stand in the way of Carlo Nash if Stoke City seek to turn the goalkeeper's loan into a permanent deal.

Nash, third in the pecking order at the JJB Stadium, has played a key role in Stoke's automatic promotion to the top flight after arriving on loan in February.
