Wigan Athletic are waiting for Chelsea to improve their bid for Victor Moses.
The Telegraph says Chelsea are still battling to secure a £9million deal for Moses.
Dave Whelan, the Wigan chairman, confirmed on Sunday that Blues boss Roberto Di Matteo was yet to return with an improved offer for the winger.
