Wigan Athletic manager Roberto Martinez will soon meet with Liverpool regarding their vacancy according to recent reports.
Sky Sports suggests the Latics boss will speak to Reds officials in the next 36 hours in regards to the managerial post which was vacated by Kenny Dalglish a little over a week ago.
Wigan have allowed Liverpool to meet with the 38-year old Spaniard who heads a hitlist compiled by club owners Fenway Sports Group.
