Wigan Athletic chairman Dave Whelan has confirmed that Arouna Kone will leave the club this summer.
The Ivory Coast striker, who scored 11 Premier League goals in his debut campaign with the Lastics last season, will follow Roberto Martinez to Everton for £5million.
"Three clubs have made offers for him - Everton is definitely one - as he had a clause in his contract that he could go if someone paid £5million," Whelan said.
"It is really up to him where he wants to go now and I think he will go to Everton."
