Wigan Athletic goalkeeper Ali Al-Habsi has his fingers crossed that he will become the first Omani to feature in the FA Cup final.
The 31-year old returned to the Latics line-up for the 2-0 semi-final win over Millwall on Saturday, replacing Atletico Madrid loanee Joel Robles, after sitting on the bench for the past three Premier League games.
Now he has his sights on the May 11 decider against 2011 winners Manchester City so he can hopefully help the Latics achieve history on the big stage.
"I've missed the last few games in the league. That was the gaffer's decision, but we have a big squad and everybody has to be ready," Al Habsi told AFP.
"This feeling in the semi-final was fantastic and I imagine the final will be something amazing.
"I will be the first from Oman and the Middle East to play in the final. Everyone is so happy there. I am so proud for myself and the team."
