Wigan chairman Dave Whelan will let Charles N'Zogbia leave the Latics providing any interested parties are in the top six. The Frenchman is again in demand with Sunderland now circling for the 24-year-old winger's signature.
Whelan has reiterated that Wigan will let N'Zogbia speak to interested parties if they are a top-six club, and the Black Cats are currently sixth in the Premiership.
"I've always said to Charles if a top-six club comes in for him, he can speak with them," Whelan told the Manchester Evening News.
"We'll never stand in a player's way. We don't want to sell him, we've no plans to sell him and we haven't received any offers at this stage.
"There's no chance of him going anywhere on loan and if he is to go, it has got to be for the right money. He's an outstanding player, he has wonderful pace."
