Brazilian centre-half Joao Carlos is set to attract a bid from Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez.
The Sun says Martinez is ready to make a £4million bid for Brazilian centre-half Joao Carlos.
Martinez narrowly failed to land Carlos, 28, from Belgian side Genk in the summer.
