Derby County have told Wigan Athletic it will cost them £5 million to land winger Kris Commons.
The Mirror says the Scotland star, 25, has been a revelation since joining on a free from Nottingham Forest last summer.
And Derby have put a huge valuation on Commons amid interest from Latics boss Steve Bruce.
