Wigan Athletic midfielder Jordi Gomez is looking forward to facing former club Swansea City.
Gomez was a hit during his 12-month loan spell with the Swans before joining up with Roberto Martinez when he made the move to Wigan in the summer of 2009.
"I have good memories from my time there. It was a great season for me and the team," he said.
"Their rise is a great story and you could see the Premier League was going to happen for them and they had a good season last year. I hope they do well again - just not this week."
