The Daily Mail says Leicester City and Wigan Athletic want Egypt goalkeeper El Hadary.
He is available for a knockdown fee from Al Merreikh of Sudan and is eager to play in England.
El Hadary, 38, has been voted best keeper at the past three Africa Cup of Nations.
