Wigan Athletic FA Cup hero Ben Watson says his matchwinning goal was the greatest moment of his career.

The Wigan midfielder thought his season was over when he broke his leg against Liverpool in November.

Watson, 27, said: "It's unbelievable. The boys were fantastic from the first minute to the 95th.

"It's been a long six months for myself and it's a dream to come on and score the winner.

"Other than my children, it was the best moment of my life."
