Wigan Athletic are keen on Arsenal winger Ryo Miyaichi.

Latics manager Roberto Martinez is in talks to borrow Miyaichi, who showed pace and skill while on loan at Bolton during their doomed fight for Premier League survival last season, for the whole of the coming campaign.

Miyaichi will be sent out on loan again by the Gunners, and manager Arsene Wenger wants him to move to a Premier League club rather than to a Championship outfit or abroad, says the Mirror.
