Titus Bramble says his success at Wigan Athletic is due to sheer hard work.

He told Sky Sports News: "I think it is just down to working hard in training.

"The gaffer and Blackie (Eric Black) have decided that area is a weakness, so we've worked hard in training and got the results.

"I think that is a credit to the team I am playing in, the management and the coaching staff. Without them I wouldn't have been as good as I have been this season.

"That comes with playing week-in, week-out. You are going to mature as a defender, and regular games have helped me a lot."
