Wigan Athletic have confirmed talks are progressing with Rangers over the sales of Lee McCulloch and Andy Webster.
"Rangers have increased their bid for Lee McCulloch and the clubs are in discussions over that, and the Andy Webster situation," said a Wigan spokesman.
